By Light Integration Center The By Light Integration Center (BIC) is a division of By Light Professional IT Services, Inc. and is based in Fayetteville, NC. The BIC is uniquely staffed and chartered to provide a broad spectrum of communications services to the Department of Defense's Special Operations Community, Federal and State Homeland Security, and other Government Agencies. Our team provides over 30 years of proven communications expertise in the SOF community. We have extensive experience and a unique understanding of the special requirements of the SOF and Homeland Security communities. We focus on each agency's respective mission, which enables us to provide timely, custom, and integrated COTS based solutions that exceed expectations.
